Euroceanica (UK) Limited

In 2004 Euroceanica NV shareholders decided to re-locate and operate its shipowning activities from the UK within the UK tonnage tax environment. Euroceanica (UK) Ltd was formed to own and operate the ships of the group and put in place an expansion plan.

Today Euroceanica (UK) Limited’s commercial, financial, technical/operations management are all carried out from its London office.

Euroceanica (UK) Limited is currently engaged in the panamax dry cargo and chemical trades.

It has an asset base of over USD 400 million and its debt ratio is less then 60%.
