Euroceanica (UK) Limited has a large training programme in place for trainee officers primarily in the UK as well as in Italy, Finland and Belgium. In the UK it sponsors degree programs - BsC Marine Studies at Plymouth University and works with Clyde Marine in sponsoring of trainee officers undertaking a HND in deck or marine engineering. It is a supporter of the White Ensign Association.
It is has developed a programme to sponsor Royal Navy personnel with the appropriate qualifications looking to transfer to the Merchant Navy and take up a sea going career with Euroceanica.
